Strategist. Mentor. Futurist. Coach
George is an emotionally intelligent executive with retail leadership experiences spanning thirty years. He learned from some of the best executives/mentors at such companies as Gap Inc, Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, and Apple. He went from brick and mortar “on the floor” management to executive leadership including building a startup from angel to growth stage. At his core, George is about the people that surround him. It’s all about building strong teams, collaboration on great ideas, and fostering exceptional talent.
Sharing success is a habit, not a privilege
During quarantine, George saw a need. While there are many podcasts, blogs, newsletters, etc. they all had one thing in common: telling people what to do. One of the many things he learned from his experiences is the power of great storytelling. People learn best from listening. They can choose what to adopt, ignore, or modify. Known for his problem solving skills, George saw an opportunity to have modern leaders share their stories to inspire and energize audiences, on their terms. It is more rewarding to listen to what others are doing rather than be told what to do.
